About me

I’m working on myself, to be better for others.

The first time I practiced yoga was because of other people telling me how amazing it was and how it changed their lives.

After having my children and going through the new motherhood phase yoga was calling to me again, and this time it was to work on myself, on my mental health and physical self, because honestly taking care of young children is super stressful. In fact it is one of the most stressful jobs there are. Specially if you have spirited children like mine. But that is a whole other story.

I want to help others manage their stress by looking inward and connecting with their mind, body and soul, through moving meditation. I want them to feel great, motivated, energized, and in peace.

When meditation is mastered, the mind is unwavering like the flame of a lamp in a windless place.”
